Chest Exercises For Men and Women

Do you really want a more muscular chest? Maybe you just finished a 12 week muscle building program and realized all those chest exercises you did, did not make you look like those mythical before and after photos. I say mythical because unless you are a genetic freak or using anabolic steroids, most of those photos do not tell you the real story.

Maybe you just did the latest combination of chest exercises with an eastern European name in front of it, like Big Bulgarian bench press or the Gigantic German test tube alien workout or (insert any other obscure European country before naming the workout) and got very little results.

Or maybe you have tried various gain muscle programs, gained some muscle and some fat with it, only to find a short time later you were back to where you started from. This is not just another program, you will build size and strength through weight training and functional training. Are you ready for something new? If you are a guy you probably want to put on some muscle and you most likely would rather look like someone from the cover of mens health magazine rather than from some steroid pumping bodybuilding magazine.

If you want the real story and I mean the total truth, no bull, no lies, then keep reading. I will tell it to you straight, I will be one of the very few people to tell you it takes a long time to build a body you can be proud of. Not 12 weeks, not even 16. It can take many months even years to build a muscular body. However there are ways to make sure you are doing everything possible to get the chest and body you dream of sooner, you need to work with your body type not against it. Don't want that huge bulky freaky bodybuilder physique? Then don't train like one!

No matter what you hear or read anywhere, I can guarantee you success if you are PATIENT and CONSISTANT. Notice I didn't say in 12 weeks, 6 weeks, 6 days or give a time frame. Training is not about time frames it is about committing to following a plan. I don't know anything about you, different people will respond differently, some get results quicker than others, so giving a time frame cannot be the same for everyone. I will lay out the plan for you. Follow it and succeed. Do not misunderstand me, I am not saying not to do 12 week programs, I am saying you should have realistic expectations of what you will achieve in that time.

I will give you more than just exercises. I will provide optimal nutrition and supplement advice, recovery information, hormonal control, how to maximise the right hormones at various times for maximum growth and results. I will provide everything that when put together equals results.

Learn the ideal rep range, ideal number of sets, ideal tempo, how long you should be working out and how often. In order to develop your chest, you will need to follow a back workout as well. Back exercises will develop good posture, that in turn will give your chest a wider appearance. It will also guarantee a balanced workout and avoid injury.

1.I did NOT appear on a losing weight TV reality show where I lost 100 lbs or 50 kilos after living my whole life doing nothing, and eating total crap, then decided I am a personal trainer.

2.I am not a chemist that invented a shake that you drink 2-3 times day but have never exercised a day in my life.

3.I am not a doctor that has come up with some pill to help you lose fat/gain muscle and appear on TV wearing a white coat, therefore you should believe me.

I have on the other hand been in shape most of my life, due to eating well and exercising regularly. I am well read on training and nutrition information. I am a government accredited and registered personal trainer. I have been training people for over 15 years. I am not a bodybuilder, but I am muscular, I am not an extreme athlete but I play and enjoy sport, I am not a marathon runner, but I am very fit. In short I am just like you, a regular person that has a passion for helping people reach their exercise and fitness goals.
