Some people (very few)can make amazing transformations in a short time but that is not the majority of people. Read the Small Print Things to note, when you read the small print you will see "results not typical". Now that would raise the question, if the results in the before and after photos are not typical, then this image is a poor representation of a true typical body transformation. That should raise red flags instantly because they have just told us these are not the typical results, from their program or from their supplement. 12 weeks or life? For some reason 12 weeks seems to be a magic number. First I will tell you what 12 weeks would really mean. 12 weeks is enough to start seeing significant changes and improvements in your body. It is enough time to establish a new healthy and fit lifestyle. In the long term it is just the beginning, nothing but a drop in the ocean. Do you really think after a lifetime of not eating right and not exercising right, you are going to look like a fitness cover model or a bodybuilder in such a short time? You cannot undo in 12 weeks what took you years to build. If you want a real body transformation for yourself, you are going to have to commit yourself for life, not 12 weeks. My Experience I once entered a 12 week competition, not to win, but just to get an idea of how it works and to motivate myself. When I received the instructions I was told to 1)Take a photo of yourself in poor light 2)Push you stomach out and slouch your shoulders 3)Do not smile 4)Wear baggy long shorts
I was told to make myself look worse than I really looked! I could not believe how the manipulation started right from the very beginning. This made me suspicious and set me on a quest for truth. What about those hot female before after shots How the female body transformation photos look amazing. The people in these photos are already athletes or fitness models. With females it is normal practice to wait until they are out of training, such as just after giving birth. At this point, they have not been training hard, fat has grown over their muscles and they are looking tired. Before photo is taken. They then return to their regular intense training routine and within 12 weeks they have their old body back. The old body was always there, just a layer of fat hid it away along with some poor photography. And what about those ripped men With men it is the same, they will pay a fit person that has been training for years, or even a bodybuilder to stop training for a few months and eat lots of fatty and sugary food. This makes fat grow on top of the muscles and hide it. Before photos are taken with poor lighting and longer shorts, slouched shoulders, stomach pushed out. When the time comes, they return to their normal eating and training for 12 weeks. As the muscles are all still there, and the fat is newly put on, they get their old physique back in no time. This allows magazines to say things like "actual photos". They are not lying, they really did make that change in 12 weeks. End results we see an amazing body transformation. They just don't tell you the subjects in their photos are professional bodybuilders and fitness models. Take up a REAL Challenge Now I am going to put a challenge out to the entire world. I believe you can speed up your results, by eating right, consistantly, by not skipping workouts. The more you stick to your plan, the quicker your results will be. Be consistant and be patient. Here is my challenge, I want you to submit your before and after photos and I will post genuine true photos on this site. This will give the world an idea of how hard you need to work and for how long. It will show what really happens in 12 weeks. Here are the rules of my body transformation challenge. Challenge Rules 1.You must submit each photo holding a newspaper or magazine with the date displayed. This is too make sure we have the correct time frame. 2.You must use the exact same lighting in all photos, the exact same background, and the exact same location, with the same camera. 3.You must not slouch or push your stomach out. Stand with a normal natural posture 4.You must wear the same outfit in each photo, if your shorts cover your knees in your first photo, they must cover your knees in all future photos. If you wear a one piece swimsuit in the first photo, you must wear a one piece in all future photos. You must wear the same colours as well. Now I understand you may get smaller and bigger and will need new clothes. Just make sure the colour is the same and that the coverage is the same.No point taking a photo in a white one piece swimsuit and then having your after photo in a dark bikini. Make sure it is similar in how much of your body it covers. Same for the guys, same length shorts in each photo, same colour. 5.You are allowed to take photos relaxed or with muscles flexed. As long as each future shot has the same poses. If the above criteria is not met, photos will not be accepted.The photos and time frame I will ask for are 1. Before photos 2. 2nd photos after 12 weeks 3. 3rd photos after 6 months 4. 4th photo after 9 months 5. 5th photo after 12 months
Conclusion Do not submit, photos if you do not stick to your exercise and eating plan consistantly during that time. If you can only stick to training and eating well for 12 weeks and then you do nothing for 3 months, there is no point with the 6 month photo. Do not send any photos when not trainig. What we want to see is the effcts good eating and exercise has on your body. This will give us a range of body transformation photos that don't lie. Your prize is knowing your have contributed to the truth and liberating the poor souls who have worked their asses off and feel like they are not getting anywhere as their time frame is unrealistic.
