chest training

I mostly rely on both barbel and dumbel presses where I use flat, incline and decline benches.
I train for the same twice every week that is on monday and thursday.
I havent seen satisfactory results for the last two months that I have been training my chest unlike the arms that are greatly improving.
A: Some guys struggle with the chest, the reasons for this are many, most people will keep trying to add more weight to their bench exercises - what I recommened instead is to try a Matrix routine for chest fora few weeks - it is one of the most effective ways to get those pecs firing -
