Tom Venuto

Tom Venuto is a natural body builder that is known for the worlds best selling fitness e-book. Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle (BFFM). In short he promotes a healthy drug free program using natural foods. In his own words he states that he is not anti supplement, but pro food. I have been a personal trainer for several years and have been in shape most of my life, of course there have been times when I have let myself go. This program was a massive turning point for me in knowledge and application.

I love to read and learn new things. Several years ago I was researching fat loss programs and came across the Tom Venuto website. I read through the testimonials, I read what he had to say regarding being the honest fitness site. I must admit I was intrigued but not convinced. I had never bought an e-book before. One thing I was sure this guy was (still is) very passionate about fitness.

You can see he practices what he preaches that’s for sure. My only concern was that he was a body builder, nothing wrong with that but they can be very limited in their approach to fitness. How wrong I was. I purchased the e-book and have never looked back. His program is not just for body builders. Actually it is for anyone that wants to shed fat in the most efficient way possible and keep it off permanently. The Burn the fat feed the Muscle Program BFFM by Tom Venuto is by far the best book out there, e-book or in print. Nothing comes remotely close.

The books in the shops are fully of marketing hype, and lots of recipes with only some training basics. This program strips away all those extra unnecessary bits and replaces them with quality and detailed information. Tom's book covers things such as the best type of diet for your body type, how much cardio you will need for your body type. He has a whole chapter on motivation and how to set goals to propel you forward. He has an amazing ability to tap into your sub conscious and get you motivated. He also reveals some little known strategies that will take your physique to beyond average.

This is more than just a training book, every single step is covered in great detail from start to finish. I refer back to his book often and use it as a reference book. It is over 300 pages and includes diet templates and training routines. It is quite a big read and you are best spending the first 1-2 weeks reading it from beginning to end. Once you have done that go back to the beginning and start doing exactly what he outlines for you in each chapter. You will have no regrets. You will learn all about carbohydrates, fat, protein, calories. In some cases too much detail. Such as the make up of fat molecules, sorry Tom.

This is by far the best weight loss book anywhere in the world, some have described it as a weight loss bible, but my favourite description is 'weight loss manifesto'. That really sums it up. If you want a weight loss revelation you have to get this program. It comes with a money back guarantee.As I already mentioned I have not found anything anywhere that comes close, you will never have to buy another weight loss book or program again.
