Supplementation claims that this is a natural way to boost testosterone levels, therefore, you will produce more of this muscle building hormone. Effectively increasing muscle mass. Is this true? The answer is NO. It is marketed this way to appeal to our sense of getting an advantage in gaining greater muscle size sooner. In that sense it works, but not the way you would expect, it is really for recovery. Use it for recovery and you will not be disappointed. You may also want to inform your wife/girlfriend that you are taking it as you will have a lot of energy! As with any supplement do not use it all the time or it loses it's impact.
